> My prices are based on the overall average time it takes me to complete each category and are subject to fluctuate often! Please keep this in mind if you are checking my prices for a future commission.

Before Commissioning
> All purchases will be made via Ko-fi
> Most options have what you can include in the commission description

During Commissioning
> Turnaround Time will vary depending on my Queue and Schedule.
> If you ask for a TaT, what I provide will be based on when I send your sketch to you! NOT from when you commissioned me.
> I use Trello for public access of my Queue.
> However, if you are curious on your commissions progress and I haven't updated you yet most likely I wasn't working on it.
> You can ask for as many WIPS as you'd like but please tell me you want them before I start lining! (I tend to do it all at once and dont always remember to send more than lining, color, complete.)
> If yes I will send WIPs and any edits should be pointed out before completion.
After Commissioning
> Do not edit my art after the piece is finished.
-- If I have messed something up and it is only noticed after the product is finished just let me know and I will fix it within my means.
> You can use my art for Profile Pictures, Banners, and Personal Prints as long as credit is given.
> You may not sell/profit off of my art in any way. No paid fill ins, stickers, shirts, etc.
> You do not have permission to post my art if you are not the buyer or owner of the character it is connected to.
> You do not have permission to Copy/Trace/Modify or Repost my art claiming it as yours.
> Do not HEAVILY reference my work without my Permission
> Do not post referenced art without credit to me.
> If you use my work without permission or purchase you will be blacklisted and blocked.
> Back Charging me after I have already begun work will result in a Blacklist/Block. I understand shit happens, please inform me and we can work something out.
> Do not offer/bid if you can't complete payment.
> Pre-made adopts will not be refunded, unauthorized refunds will result in a block/blacklist
> Unless it is a Ko-fi adopt do not send payment before I say
> I will not do payment plans for anything under $100 USD
> Do not delete the original toyhouse that is transferred to you and reupload, it's there for ownership history.
> You can edit/redesign/species change my designs however you like however you need to credit me still for the original.
> Please do not sell my designs for more than purchased unless you've added VALUE (extra art/commissions)
> Vouchers do not add value.
> If it is a raffle/dta design you can only sell it for the value added to it! (i.e. commissioned art)
> Do not harass or guilt-trip anyone offering on my designs
>My designs are for Personal Use ONLY, if you would like to use them for commercial purposes you need to come talk to me and we can discuss the cost.
